Advanced Cake Decorating

Now you're ready for the fancy stuff! Building from your skills learned in your first course, you'll make petit fours, baskets and more complicated flowers, transfer designs and patterns to your cakes, work with butter cream and decorator frosting and get an introduction to wedding cakes and how to assemble them. Your fancy cakes will be the talk of the table. In addition to bringing your tools used in the beginning course, you will need a petit four cutter.
